What is Ticketracker?

Ticketracker helps schools & organizations across the country sell online tickets, collect online registrations, and process payments.

How can I find my school's events & school store?

The easiest way to find your school's store is to search for it on the homepage at ticketracker.com/. Just start typing your school's name and you will be presented with options that match.

If you're still having trouble, you can search by state here: ticketracker.com/StateSelection.aspx.

How does my purchase show up on my credit card statement?

Since we process your credit card order, your statement will include Ticketracker and not the school for which your purchased tickets. If you are trying to figure out why Ticketracker is showing up on your statement, it's likely because you purchased online tickets, registered for an event, or bought an item from one of our school stores.

Is my information secure?

YES! Ticketracker encrypts each transaction with powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number before they travel over the internet. This makes doing business on our website safe and secure.

What are my options when creating an account?

The easiest option to create an account is using your Facebook Account. You can also create a username and password to join the Ticketracker system.

Ticket Questions


I lost or never received my tickets. What can I do?

You can call us at 888-478-5273 or email support@ticketracker.com and we can resend your tickets!

How do I print online tickets?

When you complete your purchase, your tickets will be presented in your browser to be printed. Not ready to print them on purchase? No worries! You will receive an email with a link to open and print your tickets anytime at your convenience.

Don't have access to a printer? You can open your tickets through your email on your mobile device and show the barcode at the gate.

Misplace your printed ticket? You can print another at anytime! Just remember, each ticket can only be used to get in the gate once.

I bought tickets but don't have a printer! What can I do?

No worries. You have multiple options. You can open your tickets

How do your online tickets work?

Our online tickets use a complex algorithm to create custom bar codes that ensure a ticket can only be scanned the event. Print off your tickets from any printer or pull them up on your smartphone and and show the barcode at the gate or entrance of your event.

Misplace your printed ticket? You can print another at anytime! Just remember, each ticket can only be used to get in the gate once.


Purchasing Questions


How do I purchase individual event tickets online?

Purchasing individual event tickets online is easy!

Step 1: Find your school
The easiest way to find your school's store is to search for it on the homepage at ticketracker.com/. Just start typing your school's name and you will be presented with options that match.

Step 2: Find the event
Once on the school store page, you will see all the options for purchase. If you are looking for live events, choose the Events option. You will see a calendar with all events for sale.

Step 3: Choose your seat
Once on the event page, you will see all your seating options. These can include General Admission and/or reserved seating depending on availability. Follow the directions to choose your seats.

Step 4: Add to Cart & Checkout
Once your chosen the seats you'd like to purchase, add them to the cart and checkout! Be sure to fill in all the required information and place the order using your credit card.

Step 5: Print Your Tickets
Once you complete your order, you will receive your tickets to print and take to your event. Not ready to print them on purchase? No worries! You will receive an email with a link to open and print your tickets anytime at your convenience, as well as a receipt for your order.

Don't have access to a printer? You can open your tickets through your email on your mobile device and show the barcode at the gate.

How do I purchase or renew season or all sports passes online?

Purchasing and renewing season passes online is easy!

Step 1: Find your school
The easiest way to find your school's store is to search for it on the homepage at ticketracker.com. Just start typing your school's name and you will be presented with options that match.

Step 2: Choose Buy/Renew Pass
Click the Buy/Renew Pass link. This will take you to a login page. If you are a new user, select "Sign in with Facebook" or "Create an account". If you have a login, enter the username and password.

Step 3: Select the pass to purchase
Choose any previous passes or purchase any new passes available that you would like to purchase.

Step 4: Add to Cart & Checkout
Once your chosen the passes you'd like to purchase, add them to the cart and checkout! Be sure to fill in all the required information and place the order using your credit card.

Step 5: If Will Call
Contact the school to receive your passes.

Can I purchase tickets on my mobile device?

Yes! You can view the site and purchase from any mobile browser.

If you have an iPhone, we do offer a native app which will allow you to purchase and manage tickets and season passes. Our native app also allows you to scan a ticket and passes on your phone to enter gates where applicable. You can get more information and download the app at www.ticketracker.com/app.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

What's your refund policy?

Ticketracker does not handle the refunds of tickets. Because of the nature of online tickets, refunds can only be given from the school or organization from which you purchased. Please contact them directly the school or organization directly to learn about their refund process and policy.
